Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) successfully hosted the 11th annual Emerging Vietnam conference, themed “Vietnam’s Year of Changes” over 3 consecutive days (June 18 – June 20, 2025).
The event was honored to welcome Mr. Bui Hoang Hai, Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC), H.E. Alexandra Smith, British Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, and over 600 participants from various countries, including policymakers, business leaders, and representatives from global investment funds.
In his keynote address, Mr. Trinh Hoai Giang, CEO of HSC, shared how 2025 is a pivotal year for Vietnam, as the country moves from adapting to global changes to actively shaping them. He highlighted four key forces driving this transformation:

Highlights included:

14 in-depth panel discussions on macroeconomic trends, supply chain shifts, and key sectors such as banking, energy, consumer goods, and technology.

On June 20, 2025, investors participated in site visits to strategic projects including: Long An (Renewable energy projects highlighting Vietnam’s clean energy transition and a visit to Eco Retreat), Phuoc Dong (Industrial zones showcasing Vietnam’s growing role in regional manufacturing and supply chains), Hai Phong (Port infrastructure underscoring logistics capacity and export growth potential).
